Tech Tax, Effective Now

As a reminder, effective today July 1, 2025, a 3% tax will be issued on CTI Services. Governor Moore and General Assembly leaders have announced a 3% tech tax on businesses. The service sectors primarily impacted include: NAICS 518 (Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services), NAICS 519 (Other Information Services), NAICS 5415 (Computer Systems Design and Related Services), NAICS 5132 (Software Design, Development and Publishing).
