Mr. Cole has over twenty years of experience in information technology with a focus on IT executive advisory services, mergers & acquisitions across IT operations, and helping organizations establish and grow their information security program. He has a business first approach to IT management, makes decisions based on risk and organizational tolerance, and follows emerging trends in technology and security frameworks. Internally for CTI, Mr. Cole evaluates new technologies and security trends to bring new offerings to market. As a director on CTI’s services delivery team, he is responsible for a team of technical talent and participates as an incident response manager. Mr. Cole has performed both systems integration and IT management services for organizations of all sizes in his nineteen-year tenure with CTI. He is a graduate of Stevenson University in Maryland with a Master of Science in Business & Technology Management and holds an active CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification.
Meet the Team – Bill Zumbrun – Senior Engineer Consultant
Mr. Zumbrun has over twenty years of industry experience with a focus on IT executive advisory services, hybrid-cloud storage technologies, and datacenter virtualization technologies. He has performed both systems integration and IT management services for a multitude of organizations within various sectors including but not limited to non-profit, manufacturing, education, and government. Bill specializes in assessing IT Infrastructure, Backup and DR Operations, hybrid cloud operations and enterprise storage management. Bill holds and actively maintains several IT Certifications across multiple technology partners. He is a graduate of Stevenson University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems.
